Sarah Gittins has been working at the School since September 2007. 

She was awarded a BA (hons) degree in Drawing and Painting from Edinburgh College of Art, graduating in 1999, and was awarded a Master of Fine Art degree from Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art in 2010.

Trevor Jones

Trevor Jones began working at Leith School of Art as a technician in 2003 while completing his MA Fine Art at Edinburgh University and Edinburgh College of Art. Since graduating in 2008 he has been working as the Assistant Director of the charitable organisation Art in Healthcare, as a part-time tutor at LSA, and exhibits his own work with a number of UK galleries.


Leesa French

Leesa French graduated from Edinburgh College of Art having completed her undergraduate degree in Tapestry before going on to complete an MFA in Painting. She is a tutor on the Foundation Course and an artist.


Kittie Jones

Kittie Jones has been working at the School since July 2008.

She originally studied on the Foundation Course before going on to study MA Fine Art at Edinburgh College of Art and Edinburgh University specialising in drawing and painting.

When she is not working at the School she creates work out of her studio at Coburg House in Leith and exhibits regularly around the UK.

 


Jane Couroussopoulos

Job Title: 
Part-time Tutor

Jane joined the staff at Leith School of Art in 2003 and continues to run a number of part-time classes here. She also teaches art classes through Edinburgh City Council. She has a studio nearby in which she makes work inspired by the places she has travelled to and the contrasts found in these locations. She exhibits internationally.
