    Students taking part in this workshop will be shown how to begin the process of creating a portrait, whilst also exploring how colour can affect the mood of a painting.

  4. Paper Pulp Painting |
    £135.00

    Pulp painting is a papermaking technique which involves manipulating coloured paper pulp on top of a base sheet of newly-formed wet paper to create marks and textures reminiscent of expressive paintings.

  5. Patterning Fabric |

    A number of ways to create interesting surface patterns on fabric will be looking at over the course of the day.

  6. On the Edge of Spring: Drawing and Painting Trees |

    The first day will be spent at the Botanics, drawing trees in blossom and coming into leaf, these drawings will then be developed into paintings back in the studio on Sunday,
