After taking a degree in English and Philosophy Therese qualified as a teacher in English, Drama, Religious Education and Health Education in 1974. Since then Therese has worked in Scotland and Germany in a variety of occupations culminating in her position at Leith School of Art. Therese has worked at the School since March 1992 when she started as part-time maternity cover! Therese makes books and is keen on photography and learning printmaking.
