A two-day workshop giving students the opportunity to fully immerse themselves in experimental drawing practices.
The workshop will include a variety of led drawing activities, focussing on finding ways to draw using all our senses - not just what we see, but also what we can hear and touch. We will tune in to an awareness of our surroundings, concentrate on grounding and experiment with drawing our breath patterns. We’ll explore ways to move your work forward by erasing sections or repurposing them entirely, creating a selection of unique, layered mixed-media drawings.
Experimenting with different ways of drawing and various combinations of materials, this course is perfect for those looking to expand their drawing practice.
