Weekend Workshops

Leith School of Art seeks to provide a welcoming, dynamic place to learn the fundamentals of drawing and painting or develop skills in areas such as jewellery making, printmaking and artists’ books. Workshops can be taken in combination with each other to build up a course of study over a year. Our weekend workshops offer students the opportunity to develop their interest in art and design, benefiting from our tutors’ depth of knowledge and passion for their subject. All of our tutors are practising artists and craftspeople, who will work with you individually and as part of a group, providing practical instruction and encouragement. Our workshop fees include all the necessary materials, which will be laid out for you at the beginning of the class. This helps you to make the most of your time at the School and means there are no additional costs. All of our workshops take place in studios at 25 North Junction Street (NJS Campus). Please read our booking information before booking a course.
